This beautiful house is situated in a serene place between two lakes and with a mountain brook running just yards away. All surrounded by trees (forest), close to the mountain top, bashed in the sun from dawn to dusk, you hardly can find somewhere else a place with fresher air or quieter than this one.

The house has a huge deck on top of the garage (which can accommodate up to 3 cars) and a large one at the ground floor.

There are 2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms at the ground floor with a full bathroom and a full laundry unit in between.

The top floor is an open area, mostly with cathedral ceilings, surrounded by large windows offering a beautiful view all around. There is a fully equipped kitchen there, a half bathroom and a black marble fireplace. Hardwood floor everywhere at this level and natural wood stairs going down to the ground level. A large solid wood dining table can provide sitting for 8-10 people.

Another table downstairs can accommodate 4-6 peoples. Two sofas and a sofa bed complete the furniture for the top floor.

One love seat and a queen air bed are available at the ground floor.

On the large deck is a large modern BBQ plus tables, chairs and umbrellas.

High speed Internet, cable TV, video cassette, CD player, stereo are all at the top floor for your use and entertainment.

Tap water is pure and drinkable.

Heating is electric and providing quick response, either is about delivering hot water or general heating in the winter time.

A huge driveway could host up to 6 cars.

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the house, garage or decks.

Camp fires are NOT allowed in an area closer than 10 meters from the house.

There is access to the brook which is inside the property and to the lakes Vert and Elvire, at only few minutes walking, outside the property. The lakes have small, cozy and pitoresque beaches where you can enjoy the sun, swim or fish for the trout in the pristine waters.

The access to this dream vacation house is easy and showing you magnificent mountain sites.

The Romanian Camp (ARC Quebec) at Val David - Predeal/Trudeau is only 15-20 minutes away.
